Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Logic Garden (the "App") is developed and published by Bolin Culture ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It applies to the App as distributed on Google Play and to this web page.

By installing or using the App you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Account or profile information — the App has no sign-up and no login.
• Personal identifiers — no name, email address, postal address, or phone number.
• Location data — the App does not request location access of any kind.
• Contacts, calendar, photos, media, or files on your device.
• Device or advertising identifiers — no advertising ID, no IMEI, no MAC address, no Android ID, no installation ID.
• Usage behaviour, gameplay statistics, or event analytics.
• Crash logs, diagnostics, or performance telemetry.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information, because we never receive any.

3. Why the App cannot transmit your data

The App does not declare the Android INTERNET permission. On Android, an application that does not hold that permission is technically unable to open network sockets, so it cannot send anything off your device — regardless of intent.

The App requests exactly one permission:

No permission for network access, location, camera, microphone, storage, contacts, or advertising identifiers is requested.

4. Information stored on your device

Gameplay data is created and kept only on your own device, inside the App's private storage area:

• which levels you have solved and your best move counts;
• in-app preferences and settings.

This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us. It is protected by the Android application sandbox. It is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App, or when you clear its data from Settings > Apps > Logic Garden > Storage > Clear data.

5. Third-party services and SDKs

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, social, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected in the first place.

If a future version of the App introduces advertising or analytics, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the Google Play "Data safety" declaration will be updated at the same time.

6. Children's privacy

Logic Garden is a puzzle game suitable for general audiences, including children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

We comply with the spirit and requirements of children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly — though the App provides no channel for such information to reach us.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain no personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side and no retention period to describe.

For data stored locally on your device, you are always in full control:

• Uninstall the App — all of its local data is removed.
• Or clear its storage from Android Settings without uninstalling.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act).

Because we do not collect or process any personal data, there is no data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about these rights in relation to the App, you are welcome to contact us using the details in Section 11.

9. Security

Since the App communicates with no server, there is no transmission to intercept and no server-side database to breach. Data kept locally is protected by the Android application sandbox and by your device's own encryption and screen lock.

10. International users and data transfers

The App is available worldwide. Because we collect no personal data, no personal data is transferred across borders, and no international data transfer mechanism is required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the App's behaviour changes — for example if a future version adds advertising or optional online features. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will also note it in the App's release notes on Google Play.

Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
